Permanent umbrellas are shade structures used for areas with limited space for footings, or for facilities looking for a modular shade system that can be duplicated in multiple areas. The elegant lines of our SunTech Permanent Umbrella will bring visual impact and interest to any outdoor seating area, restaurant patio or even a car dealership.
These permanent umbrellas have been use for other public areas such a pool decks, Smoking areas, Architectural features, and even for providing shade for animals.
Standard sizes are common but we do offer custom sizes of the SunTech Umbrella.
SunTech Permanent Umbrella Features:
Our standard umbrellas are 15′ by 15′, 4 sided hyperbolic with one column, and can be scaled up to 20′ by 20′. Simply put these are a shade sails with a frame supporting them rather than traditional columns. A great option for areas with limited space for footings. We use all stainless hardware and powder coat the entire frame prior to installation.
Our SunTech Permanent umbrella require a small footing and rebar cage, installation typically takes approximately 3 hours once you have a footing in place.
SunTech Permanent Umbrella are great for any backyard patio, shade around a pool, or a carport in the cantilever configuration. Once installed you do not need to close the umbrella as they are permanently open and rated up to 90 MPH wind loads.
Fabric Options:
The standard shade cloth material we use on our umbrellas is HDPE shade cloth Commercial 95 by Gale Pacific.
